The Dyslexia Foundation is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of our students. Your personal information is processed and used in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation. No information will be made public or shared with other companies or organisations.

We require this data to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. This information will be taken from your registration form and other requested documents.

This information may be kept for a reasonable period by the Dyslexia Foundation. We may occasionally contact you to ensure the data we hold is still accurate and to monitor and evaluate the services we provide.

Your completion of Dyslexia Foundation’s registration documents signifies your consent for us to collect personal data and share this with relevant staff and tutors where appropriate.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
