Chief Executive Officer

Steve is the Chief Executive Officer. He set up the organisation in 1999. Steve is currently reading for a PhD looking at Dyslexia and the unemployed and disadvantaged.

Terry Rotheram

Assessment Manager

Terry has been with the organisation since 2000. He is a qualified work-based Assessor of Dyslexia and has carried out numerous work-based assessments.
